What Services Does The Sterling Provide?
  The Sterling Caterers are always there to help you with any service that you may need for your event. Our Banquet professionals have been helping to plan events for over 50 years.  Whether it’s floral or balloon decorations for your tables, or special interactive entertainment for a Bar or Bat Mitzvah we can help.  We are here to help you plan your menu, and your transportation, your Sparkling Viennese dessert display or your chair covers and bows.  Any service that you may need, we are here to help you plan.

What is the maximum capacity of your venue?
Our beautiful banquet facility has rooms to fit any event.  Our Holiday Room can accommodate up to 140 guests.  Our Conti Room can accommodate up to 200 guests, and it has a separate buffet room to accommodate your dinner buffet or your bar. The Champagne Room can accommodate up to 600 guests & has a separate Indoor and Outdoor Cocktail area.

What kind of cuisines does The Sterling offer?
The Sterling can provide you with cuisines from around the world.  We offer Continental, Italian, Spanish, West Indian, Caribbean, Ethnic and many more.  Whatever your ethnic background we can help you to plan a menu that your guests will be talking about for years to come.

Does The Sterling help us to plan our event?
At The Sterling Caterers, our Professional Wedding Coordinators are here to help you every step of the way. We will help you to coordinate all of your vendors, and every aspect of your Wedding, from your Ceremony, with the Chapel, Wedding Officiant and Floral Decorations, to your Limos, Photography, Videography, DJ Entertainment, Floral Package and more.When you have a question, all you have to do is call, and one of our Caring and Concerned Banquet Professionals, will be happy to talk with you about all of your Wedding needs.

What is the cost of a Photographer?
The average cost of a photographer varies according to the package you might choose. Your photographer should be experienced and professional. You usually won't go wrong when using the house recommended photographer because he will know where in your hall to take the best pictures. You may also be able to get a better deal if your book your photography and video with the same vendor.


What should I look for when choosing a florist?
When choosing a florist find out if they are familiar with your reception hall and how often they have been there in the last six months. Ask how long they have been in business. The perfect place to begin your search is with your Banquet Event Director and ask about the florists he works with.
