From New York:

Queens Midtown Tunnel to Long Island Expressway (495), Exit 41S (Hicksville 106-107) Follow the sign for 107 South. Continue south on 107, The Sterling is approximately 4 miles on the right hand side.

Queens Midtown Tunnel to Northern State Parkway to exit to Exit 35S to 107 South, follow above directions. .
 

From Brooklyn:

Belt Parkway to Southern State Parkway, Exit 29N (Route 107 - Hicksville Road) Northbound approximately      3 miles to The Sterling on the left hand side.

From The Bronx:

Throgs Neck Bridge to Cross Island Parkway, Exit eastbound on Long Island Expressway (495), Continue to Exit 44S (Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway - Rt. 135) Southbound to Exit 7W (Hempstead Turnpike Westbound). Go three traffic lights to 107(Hicksville Road). Make a right on 107, The Sterling is approximately 1/2 mile on the left hand side.

From Eastern Long Island:

Southern State Parkway to Exit 29N (Route 107 - Hicksville Road) Northbound approximately 4 - 5 miles to The Sterling on the left hand side.

Northern State or Long island Expressway - follow directions as above.
